The President of the Bulldozer Group holding is businessman Alexander Orlov. In Moscow, this company is represented by a restaurant with family dishes called Benvenuto, there is also an Eshak restaurant, and Poehali and Kitaychi are a chain of restaurants where they prepare not only traditional noodles, but also other dishes of this oriental cuisine.
In Kiev, this management company works with the Yellow Sea restaurants, as well as the Moskva karaoke club, and an oriental restaurant; there is also an Eshak restaurant in Kiev.
