Agro-holding MHP is one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, which has offices in various European countries. In addition, under the management of MHP there are a large number of well-known Ukrainian brands, for example, such as: “Nasha Ryaba”, “Qualiko”, “Legko!”, “Baschinsky”, “Ukrainian Chicken” and many others.
The company provides its products in more than 80 countries around the world, and distribution centers exist in 11 largest cities of Ukraine. The company’s shares are listed on international exchanges, and in 2019 MHP received permission to trade shares in Ukraine.
The central figure and owner of the agricultural holding is an entrepreneur and Hero of Ukraine Yuriy Kosyuk. It was he who created in 1998 the firm “Myronivsky Hliboproduct” – it was a company that was engaged in the production of cereals and some bakery products. In subsequent years, the entrepreneur began buying and modernizing enterprises throughout Ukraine, for example, in 1999 he bought out the old Pobeda factory and began to produce industrial poultry meat there.
Since 2003, the management company under the leadership of Kosyuk began to develop and master new areas of business. Today there are three such areas – the cultivation of various plants (sunflowers, wheat, corn), the cultivation of birds and the production of meat from them, mainly chicken, and the company is also developing the production of various meat products – sausages, smoked veal and others.
According to international consulting companies, MHP is one of the largest and best employers in Ukraine. Every year, the agricultural holding receives various awards and international prizes in competitions for the title of one of the best companies in the production of animal and vegetable products.
The main products of the company are products under the brands of TM “Nasha Ryaba”, TM “Certifikovaniy Angus”, TM “Foie Gras”, TM “Legko!”, TM “Baschinsky”, TM “Druzhba Narodiv”, TM “Evroprodukt” and many others.
The company is actively developing cooperation with other entrepreneurs and issues franchises for opening establishments under its own brands. Since 2015, the company covers almost 50% of the Ukrainian meat production market. 97% of buyers recognize the brands of the MHP agricultural holding.
