USG HOLDING is a group of Ukrainian companies that has been consolidating management over many Ukrainian restaurants for more than twenty years and independently creating new establishments. In addition, the management company develops services in the hotel business, medicine and restaurant business.
The history of USG HOLDING began with the fact that it was created by the American company USU Inc in 1995. The first restaurant from this chain in Ukraine was opened in the next 1996; this restaurant was the Uncle Sam establishment. Then the Mirovaya Karta brand was created, it was he who became one of the first in Ukraine, which developed the restaurant business and created the first chain of family and fast food establishments in the country. In parallel, in the service sector, the company continued to develop different directions.
It was decided to unite all areas in 2018, it was then that the management company USG HOLDING appeared. The current structure of the holding includes brands such as Molino and Sushiya, as well as individual restaurant projects Tbiliso, City-Zen, Sam’s Steak House, DOM # 10.
USG HOLDING invests in other areas of business development. For example, it is a group of companies that owns a part of the shares of the Ukrainian hotel “Khreshchatyk”. There are also medical projects, such as Citi-Doctor, a new Kiev family clinic, and the Aylaz ophthalmological center.
But mainly the group of companies is engaged in the management and opening of restaurants. Among other things, the company is engaged in the manufacture and delivery of sushi in different cities of Ukraine, but mainly operates in Kiev. The company’s network includes restaurants of oriental cuisine, cafes and pastry shops, restaurants of European cuisine, beer pubs and other establishments.
The management of the company names individuality, spirit of leadership, communication with its customers and partners, as well as innovation and progressiveness as its main values. USG HOLDING not only creates and manages establishments, but also issues franchise agreements for opening restaurants to its partners.
